marking the item as despatched when used a different postal service

I recently sold an item where the buyer paid for eBay simple delivery. I didn’t notice and sent the item Royal Mail instead, now I cannot get the item marked as despatched as it is waiting for the QR code to be scanned in by Evri. Does anyone know how I can just clear this so the transaction gets successfully closed?

Open the original SD label and it will mark dispatched.
