Fraud plain and simple. Anyone from ebay that can actually take action

Hi yes i have reported the seller and yes I am in the process of getting my money back, but yet still the seller is still selling with over 27 negative feedbacks, for the same fraud i was subjected to.  You buy an expensive lego set in good faith and you get a cheap tatty phonecase instead.  There feedback is listed upon listed of the same situation I am in.  Anyone from ebay or anyone know where i can take this further as this is not acceptable.  Its a right kick in the teeth they are still selling and doing this to countless people.  Support chat is not helping and clearly have not done anything about it, despite reporting.   Thanks in advance

You have done all you can by getting refund and leaving feedback. 

Seller won't last long on ebay with all the cases being opened and refunding.

The first and best red flag is that they are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of the law and eBay rules.

Refund received today...just feel for the poor people that buy from here on now, but then again if I had seen that list of feedback before purchasing, I would have never had....it was perfect when i bought...but hey ho you live and learn.....
