My drop down option to mark as despatched has disapeared

how do i mark as despatched now ??

When you use ebay's Simple Delivery postage it automatically marks the item as dispatched.

If you've bought your own postage see if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.    That has to be done on a desktop browser.  

If no luck generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label and try again.    At the very least that will mark dispatched.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

If you can't update the tracking the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.

There is no ' separate mark as dispatched' for Private sellers.

Simple Delivery is now mandatory for Private sellers, so when you buy an SD label, it immediately marks as dispatched as eBay require dispatch within 3 days.

If you have used your own postage and not SD,  then you need to manually add tracking this way:

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

You may need a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser o do the above.
