I ordered body oil in August 2024 from a china account. Die to Christmas shopping and frequent use of eBay I didn’t realise I had not received it. I contacted buyer who replied with it willl be here within 30 days but I have waited 90. EBay system does not allow me to open a case as it’s over the 30 day  process. The item cost £7 but it is the principle. Can I open a case?

Sorry,  you are far too late to open a case,  eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy has that strict timeframe to claim refunds within 30 days.
