Hi I bought this iPod touch 7th generation in December. I received it in January. I have been using it but now the charge doesn’t last an hour on it can you please help me as I can’t reach the seller

Sorry, it's too late to do anything through ebay.   They only allow 30 days for claims.   It's too late for most payment providers too but you could try contacting yours.  

Otherwise if the seller is in the UK you could try money claim online:
