OK question,
if you were away on holiday for several weeks, came home to find your item you ordered has been delivered in just bubble wrap and a handle damaged to then find out you had been hacked on all of your Internet accounts as well.
To then try to sort your more important accounts such as bank and so on out for the past few weeks and finally got round to your ebay account, you are nearly 6weeks over the date of delivery. You inform the seller of the situation and the items condition (a ride on car) and they flat right deny any damages, stated "it was checked before bubble wrapped and had a note on it" but then don't actual pack the item into a box or anything, just sends a children's ride in car bubble wrapped and then states they are not responsible for the damages.
I contacted out of courtesy to inform them of the situation and that I wanted to let them no before I left a neutral feedback - because it arrived damaged and just in bubble wrap.
To then have a response that states they are not responsible as it's over the 30day period, it wasn't broken before sent and it's not their problem if I'm having issues accessing account!
I mean the rudeness has been very blunt, I'm still struggling to get accounts back to normal and I was as stated was going to put a nutrual feedback, but thought it kinder to to talk about it first I would of possible changed it to a positive if the conversation went well....
But instead I was met with hostality and rudeness.
£70 out of pocket And now a broken ride on toy
what would any of you advice.
