i try to sell a car in ebay and evay charges 14.99 for isolation fees or Something and i was failed to pay that because i was not aware of that when i was listing they said its was free and after some Drs is debt company was keep emailing me for pay 22 pound what should i need to do now i already pay the ebay isloation charge

It's a listing fee for cars, these are payable sale or no sale. Charged every time you list your car for sale.
Make sure the message you received from a debt collector is from eBay.
Contact eBay Customer Services they can confirm if they sent it, if they have, you will need to pay.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

listing and selling vehicles are never free.
You need to pay the outstanding fees.

Listing fees are non-refundable, even if your item doesn't sell or you have a non-payer on your hands.
You must clear the debt, else it will just grow and grow.
What do you mean by " i already pay the ebay isloation charge"?
