how to delete a sold listing that was sent with another sold item to the same buyer

I listed 5 Denby soup bowls/dessert bowls, each one separately.

eBay said that the duplicate ones would show once a bid had been placed on the first one.

A buyer did that but the others were not available for her to bid on and she wanted all 5.

She paid for the single bowl and asked me to relist the other 4 as "buy it now" which I did.

The buyer bid on the 4 using "buy it now".  I did a new label and posted all 5 bowls together.

I said that I would refund the postage cost of the single bowl which I have done.

I now have the listing for the single bowl on my seller account as paid for and needing to have a label printed and then posting.

I want to speak to a customer service agent but am finding this impossible to do.  Help!

There is a quirk in eBay's programming,  that is,  when you make a partial refund,  you then cannot mark the item as dispatched.

You'll need to leave the item as it is, send the buyer a message that it has been posted and give them the tracking number for it.

Keep that receipt with the tracking safe just in case an item not received case is opened.

Thank you for your response.  Does this mean that the item that I refunded the postage cost for will remain on my seller account and if so, will it eventually disappear?
