help removing items when they just won't budge - have cleared all caches but they still won't delete

Hi Friends

Does anyone know the solution when items won't move from your saved items or your basket? I have tried clearing all my caches but none of the items will  go away when I press the remove item buttons.

Which device or browser are you using?

If the app or mobile browser, switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome.  Hover over the basket icon,  top right and click on the Remove Item,  when it appears.
