finding buyer replies

I'm a private seller on ebay and have had a reply but now can't find it - where's it gone?

also why does help only offer set questions and what can you do is your question isn't there.

Go to your Messages tab top left of your homepage and in left sidebar clcik on ' From Members'.

This when using a laptop / PC,  sorry I do not use the app,  it's too limited for me.

Not sure though,  what you mean by limited question in ' help' ?  Where are you seeing this?  You can ask any question you like,  to us,  here.
