But the seller did not have my consent to cancel, this is against ebay rules,He has also made threats to come to my home,again this is against ebay rules,i have let ebay know about this but no reply from them as yet,

If the seller is making threats, you should go to the police.

There is nothing Ebay can do - and it seems to me that your issues really have not got anything to do with feedback.

You can block further communication from the seller by adding them to your blocked list, and report any messages to Ebay by clicking the ... on the top right of your message.

You are right in that sellers do not have the right to cancel, but this happens quite frequently.

So ...

Move on from this.

Do not communicate further with this person.

If they are making threats against you, contact the police.

You can also Report the seller to ebay if they said you had agreed to a cancellation against your will.
