Hello

I bought an electric car charger. When it arrived, it wasn't of the required quality. I asked the seller to return it, but he told me he would give me back part of the money, £36. After using it for two months, the charger cable burned out. The charger is under warranty, and the seller is not responding to my messages. I want a full refund.

You've waited to long to receive any refund from eBay.  They have a 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  and as it ' says on the tin'  you have to claim for an item not as described within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

You can try your payment provider now,  for help with a refund.

Sorry it's too late to do anything via ebay.   They only allow 30 days for claims.    Contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
