ebay wont let international buyer pay

Hi everyone. 

I've got a bunch of books that I'm selling (based in the UK). I have people from the US and EU messaging me, saying that when they try to proceed with the purchase, they get a pop up from ebay, saying that "the seller will not ship this item to ____". 

I've never had this issue before. All my listings allow for international shipping - I've entered a shipping price for international buyers. 

Any idea what the issue could be?

Make sure nothing is blocked here:

If necessary a temporary solution is to put their ID on your exemption list which will remove any blocks for those buyers:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/ExemptBuyers

I looked at a few of your items, 

Although you allow international buyers, you have not specified a postage cost.
