ebay customer service

is there a way to actually contact someone at ebay? besides the useless bot? i didnt receive an item i bought and i cant resolve the issue as it says the item might still be on the way when it says that it was delivered.. what the hell is this? im trying to resolve this issue and im deleting my account. never buying anything off this website again.

No need to contact eBay CS. 

You can only open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, escalate 4 days later.

If seller can prove delivery by tracking, you lose case.

Cases are automated, CS will only advise same as I have.

Delivered to address other than recipient??? what does this mean? how do they deliver it to someone else?

 

so basically i should just delete my account as i wont get my money back?

Have you opened and escalated ebay case?

If not do it now.

If ebay case not resolved, contact your payment provider. 

If you go to provider while ebay case still open, ebay will close their case.
