ebay balance

So over the last couple of weeks I've been using my ebay balance and still have £300+ in it.

However I'm trying buy to a book from the US and the option to use ebay balance isn't there

Is the ebay balance option not available for overseas orders?

There are issues with buying items from the US regarding the recent tariffs imposed there.  You may be coming up against this block.

Have you tried using another method of payment to see if it works.  If it doesn't,  then the issue is as above.
