hi there. so i started selling on ebay and a customer returned an item for £420 and i needed to refund but couldn’t do it straight away so my available ebay balance went it to negative £420. i made sales during this and it worked its way back to positive £56 . i only now issued the refund and it has taken another £420 so now im back in negative. can anyone help me with this?
