Ive got myself into a mess over a return. I instigated the return and as I wanted the parcel collected from my home address I made arrangements direct with Royal Mail. The parcel was collected and confirmation of delivery received. However the ebay system had already generated its own tracking number which is preventing the seller from processing the refund. I cant see any way of uploading the correct tracking number.
