message from a buyer - request

Hi there , I have recently had a buyer send me a message asking me to contact them on a private number saying that they 'are sorry for a delay in payment ' and saying they would want me to view their profile with required videos etch , there is an attachment with a private number on this message  this order was completed on the 9 th December and tracked postage indicates this item has arrived , I am very confused, can you advise

If the item you refer to was paid for and arrived with tracking then your not obliged to answer a message that asks for contact by phone.

Stick to ebay message systems 😉 only
