Is it not time for ebay to delete its "Contact" ?? All you ever is to go to "this webpage" or go to "that webpage" - the answers to which we ALL KNOW in advance. It's disgusting that eBay has got rid of its telephone switchboard just to save money. It may as well delete the whole ebay website and do us all a favour. Also, how do you read messages on the new messages system which is no good for anybody (I did not notice any instructions on how to use it). Come on eBay, do the right thing and delete your whole website. I think everybody will cheer because I'm not the only one with these problems. eBay is an excellent method for people to go back to old-fashioned traditional shopping in Town Centre precincts !!!!
