There's a user on eBay who admits to sexualizing and having a baby fetish. I went to their profile and their About section pretty much confirms this. I tried to report but it keeps saying my report submission failed. I tried to contact eBay but the robot wouldn't allow me to speak to another human. Not sure where else to go, but this must be banned and locked away. Here's their information:
