I want to talk to an eBay live chat agent, but for the past 2 week I keep seeing a “blocked” message whenever I try to open the chat option. There is no option to call or send a message either. Can someone please tell me why this is happening, what the problem might be, and how I can fix it? Also, how can I successfully connect with a live eBay agent?
