Am not able to contact eBay about a dvd I bought and will not play.  I applied to get a refund or a dvd that plays but cannot send a photo of product because message pops up"safari can't open this page".  I cannot contact eBay about this.

Safari is not the best browser,  switch to Chrome and try from there.
