downloaded app £5 off not working

I have the app but when I go to purchase and select "pay with" there is no option to add the voucher code for the £5 off.  The voucher code does not work in the voucher box.

I can see my code on my desktop but it will not let me use it via the desktop either.

I do not know which of the many offers this is, but there are usually conditions, for example minimum purchase, and selected sellers only. Are you buying from a SELECTED SELLER?

ok thanks for reply I will check terms and conditions.  These promotional offers never end up amounting to much despite the headline that flashes up on your screen!
