iv sent am item and evri have said its been damaged beyond repair and cant deliver it to the buyer. ebay is holding the money so iv not been paid and buyer hasnt got item. cant get any help from evri or ebay

Ask the buyer to open a "not received" case.    Assuming Simple Delivery was used ebay will refund the buyer and you keep the payment.
