payment on hold pending delivery on item that has been collected already

I sold a kitchen for collection but it has a postage listed on it somehow (by mistake) . I accepted an offer and the buyer paid.They collected the item, Ebay will not release the funds until  it is delivered (which cannot happen of course) how can I get the funds released?

Without scanning a 6 digit collection code,  which is not present if the listing originally was sold as a postage item, there is no way to prove an item was collected,  so your payout for that item will be held for a minimum of 14 days.
