customer paying from France through papypal but unable to do this

I have sold an item to a customer in France and she cannot seem to pay through paypal it refuses to do this.

I have checked that I am set up to do this as I have sold abroad before and think it seems to be fine. I have asked her to check that she has the setup as well.  What else can I do .

How buyers pay has nothing to do with the seller, and you can't sort this out for her.

PayPal is not always available as a payment method, but if it's showing as available to her, then she needs to contact PayPal.
