Scam seller! Item won and paid for. No contact from seller

I won and paid for an item four days ago. I have attempted to contact seller 6 times. I’ve had NO response from the seller, not even an initial message to acknowledge the being the winning bidder. 
I’ve paid for the item and it appears I’m not going to get what I’ve paid for now. 

 I’ve raised the request with eBay to get me a refund, this was two days ago. I’ve heard nothing. I need my money back essentially. 
 Can someone advise me what happens now?

You will be able to escalate your case to ebay to get a full refund after 3 complete working days.

You will have an estimated delivery date. If you don’t receive item by last date shown you need to open an item not received case. If after 3 days no reply you need to escalate it. Don’t close the case for any excuses.

to be honest most sellers won’t acknowledge items won in auction or buy it nows, they pack they send.

One listing ended less than 2 days ago the other ended 3 days ago.

You can open a not received case after 7 full days
