‼️🚨URGENT PLEASE REPLY IF YOU CAN🚨‼️ I bought a counterfeit product and didn't realise it until it was already posted. There were hundreds sold, so i genuinely believed it but only around 3 reviews noticed it was actually counterfeit, and they included images of real product vs the sellers item, it's defo counterfeit. It's delivered now, but i'm not home at the moment. What do i do to get my money back? Can someone please go through the details / steps with me on returning the item. I'd really appreciate it.
