I offer combined postage
my shop settings are set to ccombine postage automatically
I do not need instant payment
my shop is set to not demand instant payment so that shoppers can shop and pay for all items with combined postage

WHY IS EBAY PREVENTING THIS - WHY IS IT OVERRIDING MY SETTINGS.
(this ridiculous experiment should be removed it is costing me time money and lost sales, I can only apologise to people and tell them it is ebay doing this not me)

And the box below (pictured should be like I have shown to prevent instant payment. You do have to keep an eye on it as occasionally it has a mind of its own. Also check when you list items there is a little box for instant payment, make sure you aren't ticking that in error.
