how do i send an invoice with combined postage cost? The facility seems to have vanished.

There is currently a site error/issue with combined postage not working

There is a problem with combining at the moment which ebay are trying to sort out.   In the meantime the buyer should pay full price and you can issue a partial refund via the dropdown menu arrow for the items on your orders page.   Click "Send Refund" and you will be able to change the amount on the next page before you submit.
