Hello, 

I am struggling to get payment for an item I have sold. The item has been delivered and feedback left. Royal mail shows item delivered, but ebay doesn't.  What can I do  ?

Contact ebay here and ask them to release the payment as you have tracking to show the item has been delivered on the postal providers website. eBay Customer Service

There are site issue on ebay currently where delivery is not uodating,so ebay can help you with this.
