Hi.  I bought an item and included postage when paying, but then collected it.  I cant see any where to amend this.  Im not too bothered about redeeming the postage charge, but more concerned about the seller being paid and simply to keep things in order. Thanks

The seller will be paid eventually.

With no collection code to hand over to the seller,  they cannot mark it as collected, so their payment will be held for a minimum of 14 days, could be longer if other factors are in play,  say they're a new or returning seller.

Nothing you can do to speed up the process for them to receive that payment any sooner.
