closed case but sensor has not sent a replacement item.

A seller asked me to close a case for a refund on an item I have not received. 

They said they would instead send me out a replacement item.

I closed the case, I have not received the replacemnt item and now there is no communication with sender.

Because I closed the case I can't reopen it. 

Could someone advise please.

Never take advice from a seller!  He lied as you have found out.

 

I am afraid that as you closed the case you cannot open another. You should simply have escalated the case to eBay.  It is pointless contactin the seller it is all done by you through a case.

 

You can - if you used Paypal - open another case there or [if it is financially worth it] approach your bank or credit card depending on how you paid.
