cannot open return label sent by seller.

I cannot open the return label sent by seller as all my devices with different browsers reports 

Trouble finding that site.

"We can’t connect to the server at mesgmy.ebay.com.

I reported to seller they have asked for my email address direct.

Is this safe?

If the return label was issued via the return case you've opened on ebay then contact ebay about it using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid 

If the seller is outside the UK ebay cannot enforce the supply of a paid-for label so you could take up their offer but make sure the return is entered on ebay.

seller responded to my  query and sent return label to my own email address which I was able to open print and return item.

the problem must have been on the interface via ebay emails
