When did you buy and pay for this item ?

Has a reasonable time passed with no communication from the seller?  Then,  open a case for item not received,  and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

this is for collection in person, so I need to contact seller to organise meeting, I have paid for the item via ebay.
