buyer opened case -GOOD STILL IN TRANSIT!!!

HOW ON EARTH CAN EBAY ALLOW A CASE TO BE OPENED WHEN THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED?

REPORTED BUYER FOR FRAUD.

EBAY C/S INSIST I HAVE TO ACCEPT THE CASE,

DOES THIS MEAN I WILL GET THE STRANGE LOOKING ORNAMENT THEY HAVE PROVIDED AS EVIDENCE SENT TO ME?

ALARMING THE EBAY SYSTEM ALLOWS THIS

What case has buyer opened?

If it is item not received, then I assume you used SD, if so ebay will refund buyer & you keep your money.

Assuming it's a "Not as described" case tracking is not always updated on time.

Reason: Wrong item sent. 

buyer was sent photos of item at packaging stage with instructions on where to cut, 5 tubes 100mm dia x 300mm long, the night before sending. Evidence provided for case is a photo of a budha. simple delivery, evri and tracking shows delayed, should have been delivered on 3rd expecting 4th. If not updated then ebay system should not allow a case to be opened until udpdated. Ebay c/s insist I have to accept this! buyer reported for fraud.

Not all items are tracked.

If buyer has opened item as described case, you have to accept it, issue returns label & only refund in full on return.

If you ignore or refuse case, ebay can force refund & buyer keeps item.
