blue circle when loading

When browsing on ebay I get a continuous blue dotted circle which takes ages to load

How can I stop this as this does not happen on my mobile, only on my computer. Browsing is a nightmare as each time I try to use my mouse to move to another section, it takes about 30 seconds for the loading

I haven't seen any reports suggesting an issue around this, and normally, this kind of issue is related to connection stability or speed, if the connection is not fast or stable enough, you might see that every now and then. 

Here, I would recommend clearing the caches and cookies of your browser, but I would particularly recommend restarting your Wi-Fi box to see if that helps with your connection stability and speed. If the issue persists after that, please let me know and I will take a further look, but that should help.
