block by a seller for making a offer on a item i wished to buy

a seller  blocked me after i made 2 offers on a item for sale, so i have to see 10's of his post and unable to buy, so can i block the seller

If you are a seller. you can block the seller if they wish to buy from you,  but cannot block them from just looking at your items.
