Hi. Having trouble with a very bad seller. I ordered two action figures which arrived totally damaged and destroyed. I then asked to retun the item and he excepted this was on the 22nd september and he has still not sent any return labels what so ever. I have messaged this person and this guy is just playing games telling me that ebay will send the labels and lots of other nonsense. I do not know how ebay works and i have never had issues like this before. I now opened another case which i should not have done because ebay are now basiclly saying to me that the first case is now invalid. I know have to wait until the 30th septemeber for ebay to step in again. I have to waste my time because this idiot wont send a return label, I have to ring ebay and keep messaging ebay. This has totally put me of using ebay again after all this going on. The woman i spoke to earlier to day kept putting me on hold and then told me there is nothing they can do because i opened another case and I have to wait. I should have been more aware of this seller since he has about 42 bad reviews. I do not need the stress of dealing with all this and wasting my time trying to sort this. Ebay were not very helpful to me what soever.

The return process is real simple if you have received an item that isn't as decsribed or damaged.

You open a return, then your seller should issue you with a pre-paid returns label.

If they don't, after 3 business days an option to ask eBay to step in appears, if you use that then eBay will either supply you with a  label or simply refund you.

Once you close an eBay return you cannot re-open it or open another for the same order. What other case have you opened? A PayPal one?
