This is just impossible for us to give you a correct answer as to why you have been suspended, apart from guesswork, as we have no full access to your account or eBay messages.
You should have received an eBay message to explain why you are restricted, did this not happen? Was it a timed restriction? Then, you just need for this time limit to lapse to be able to sell again. If the words indefinite, or permanent restriction that will be bad news, as that's a lifetime ban, no comeback from those, an eBay Customer Services if contacted will not discuss any restriction.
All I can think of and may be completely wrong, you are selling some food / consumable products, do you have the correct license information and have passed this to eBay. Could this be the reason?
What did the eBay message state exactly that you received?
