Has anyone else had any issues with parcel sizes using Yodel? It states you can send parcels up to 120cm x 50cm x 50cm. I had a parcel yesterday which was 80cm x 30cm x 10cm and two drop off points refused to accept it because of the size. I finally find one who would take it and now the courier has refused to collect it, saying it's too big. This has happened to me before using Yodel but I just put it down to the courier being lazy. After speaking to the shop owner this is a regular occurrence and the couriers are regularly refusing parcels for the same reason. It seems there is a problem with the sizing eBay's states and what Yodel will accept.
