Yodel - my parcel is missing

My sold item was accepted by Yodel at the end in November -not received by the buyer.

i have been on to Yodel for the third time and need eBay to get in touch with them - how do I do this ?

YODEL have too many parcels in the system, hence why they are not accepting any more from ebay.

If you bought postage direct from Yodel, you claim  from them.

If you bought from ebay/packlink, you claim from them.
