Yodel delivered to the wrong address. Seller no so helpful

Hi. Help needed. 

 

Yodel delivered my parcel to the wrong address. They gave me the delivery coordinates, and it shows the parcel was left about 4.5 miles away from my address.

I’ve already contacted the seller and shared screenshots of my conversation with Yodel, but I haven’t had much help so far. I also contacted eBay, but they keep asking me to speak with the seller again.

Since the parcel wasn’t delivered to me, I’d like to request a full refund ASAP . Could anyone help me how to sort this out as soon as possible? Thanks.

You do not need to speak to eBay, but to open a case for item not received.

 

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
