XDP RETURN ITEM

Hello,

Please l need help finding XDP courier in Newcastle for an item l’m returning. I went to Royal Mail and was told l have to go look for XDP courier. I searched on Google but found none so l wrote to this company but no response. I don’t want the return date to elapse.

I am presuming the item you are returning is oversize or something?

Ok Xdp are larger carriers of freight and oversize items hence my question.

Have you opened a case via ebay? If so this is what you need to do they will then depending on the reason you opened the case send a label which will be for Royal Mail, on a tracked 48 service (as standard) I am not sure why you would have an Xdp label.
