Item has sold, buyer not paid yet and when asked for payment, I was asked if I was on Tagged. Any idea what she means as I haven't a clue

No, I haven't a clue but if they haven't paid within 4 days cancel as unpaid on day 5.

They will get a non payment strike which, if they get two, will curtail their buying for the next 12 months.
