I have sold an item which all went as should. Same item was kept as listed, eBay mistake, then sold again.
The buyer requested a cancellation which I mistakenly declined.
We're both in limbo as to what happens next.

If there is still a Send Refund link via the dropdown arrow for the item on your sold list you can use that.
