Wrong item

I bought something the had the description as something guaranteed. When I got it, the guaranteed item was not in there. What do I do next?

Start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If the guarantee is missing and you really need it, then look to open a return request and the seller should send you a prepaid return label,and refund you in full within 3 days of getting the item back.
