Wrong country on my account

My seller account has my country down as Canada and now I'm being charged 20% for any items I sell. I've tried changing it in my account by address and country are all the UK. It seems like my buying and selling account are different.

unfortunately the country of registration for an account cannot be changed, you need to open a new account.

Your profile shows as Canada. 

You can't change account country,you have to open new UK account.
