Buyer opened a return, for item as "Not Described or Pictured" But falsified there own claim....

So i just had a buyer open a Return, for "Not as Described or Pictured"

But in the return, They themselves have proved that it is as Described and matched my Title and description, and my own pictures...

They were shoes marked as UK 1, i wrote UK 1 in title, description and showed the label in my pictures... They took a picture of the Label to show what they claim... but it says UK 1 in the Label....

How could eBay accept that claim, they only had to look and would of seen the claim is false... Now i might have to refund them for the item which has nothing wrong with it and was exactly as i showed and described.

If a case  for item not as described is opened,  it's all automatic, no point challenging it at that point with no human contact.

You need to accept it within 3 days,  pay for that fully tracked return postage if you want your item back first,  do not refund until it's back with you,  you then have 48 hours to fully refund.

Stick within those timelines,  and your seller performance is not affected.

Then,  if you wish , you can appeal the decision for the refund.  Link below explains the process.

I won't lie,  it's not easy,  as eBay do not see the item in question so not easy to judge who is telling the truth, and they do usually,  believe the buyer.

Your buyer is getting out of paying the return postage. for a change of mind return,  The trainers probably don't fit.

The thing is, the Buyer already says they have "Sent" the item back, and have provided no tracking, so the Return process cant move forward, as eBay requires them to provide the tracking... I cant do anything about it until it arrives... and that will be after 3 days... I'm not refunding them before it arrives, AND not before i know they havent damaged anything about the package that was Brand new.
EDIT:
After digging it, Seems like there is tracking but its not working and the returns processs hasnt moved forward, Still says "Awaiting buyer return"
