I bought an item from ebay that’s has been advertised as being a ‘jelly cat’ soft toy
when it arrived it’s not.
I reported it and then started a case to return and get my money back but the return address they’ve provided isn’t a valid address
When I try to contact seller as advised it says there’s an error so there’s no way to contact or escalate it further
help !
